Management Office

The Management Office coordinates a wide array of services to all sections of the Embassy.  The office facilitates, under the Chief of Mission and the Ambassador, the smooth and efficient operation of the Mission.  It exists to serve not only the Mission itself but also its American resident members.

Services provided include workplace and residential accommodation with up-to-date communications, human resources and financial planning, plus a full range of general functions.  These include housing, travel, procurement, customs and shipping, motor pool, property supply, and a variety of maintenance services.

In addition, the Management Office serves as the heart of the Embassy, keeping the other sections connected to each other through information and administrative notices.
