The United States is pleased to participate in the 15th International Energy Forum in Algiers from September 26-28, 2016. Assistant Secretary of Energy for International Affairs Jonathan Elkind will lead the U.S. delegation, along with Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Energy Resources Mary Warlick. During their visit to Algiers, they will meet with Algerian and foreign officials as well as business representatives to discuss energy issues of mutual interest.
The United States is committed to engaging in dialogue with international partners to advance energy policy across multiple sectors and thanks Algeria for its leadership and hospitality in organizing this year’s forum.
